Process
How it works
Four steps. The whole model runs on one structural fact: your transportation contract never touches the 3PL.
The read
You send us data. We model it — order profile, SKU velocity, dimensional characteristics, zone distribution, seasonality, returns. Center of gravity, forward-stock candidates, inventory balance across nodes. This is the part most matchmakers skip, because it is actual work.
The freight, first
Before we discuss warehouses, we price your transportation independently. You see what your freight is worth when it isn't bundled into somebody's fulfillment margin.
The placement
We shortlist operators against your profile, not our roster convenience. You meet two or three. You choose. We negotiate the fulfillment agreement — and the transportation contract stays where it belongs.
The go-live
Integration, real estate, packaging, labor, cutover — and a rate card both sides read the same way. Every unit of measure, minimum, and accessorial agreed in writing before the first invoice, not argued about after it. We stay in the room until your first clean quarter, and we hold your operator to the terms we negotiated.
And then, whenever you want, you can leave.
The rates are yours. That is the entire point.
