Michael was most recently Senior Vice President of Sales at Unis, a national 3PL, selling warehousing, fulfillment, drayage, crossdocking, LTL, truckload, and parcel strategy to retail, ecommerce, and omnichannel brands — and negotiating the contracts on both sides of the table. He built network models and center-of-gravity studies for brands entering new markets, designed forward-stock and deferred inventory programs, and structured foreign trade zone strategies for importers managing tariff and quota exposure.

Scott was Chief Commercial Officer at the same company, scaling its network to 46 locations, after building C.H. Robinson's port services division and retail consolidation programs.

Between them they watched the same thing happen, over and over: a brand discovering too late that the rates they thought they had earned belonged to somebody else.
